Re: Take That/PSB connection

#16 Post by bohemians. »

Robbie once said Neil is sexiest men in pop,I hope he will not ask Neil to tour PSB and Robbie TOGETHER  /it would be very funny as Robbie wants to take his baby on tour too..+his wife and new nanny...(if this nanny is young and pretty..Anyway Robbie just made it clear that he does not love his wife really -he said to her few months ago "f*** this, how dare you get pregnant, why are you doing this to me?"..
Can you imagine that Robbie is the little surprise on PSB new concerts?

i'm posting this more for myself, but can be useful for some of you who may be Take That fans
i've really grown to love them just as much as PSB, they share the throne for me
here's a complete list of their official, commercially released, studio tracks,
spread across 9 major releases (6 studio albums, 1 EP, 2 greatest hits)
    • *"Why Can't I Wake Up With You" and "Love Ain't Here Anymore" appear twice in the list,
first again on second album in new arrangement, and the latter in spanish as "No Si Aqui No Hay Amor"
*"Never Want To Let You Go" - New Studio Mix on the album, original on It Only Takes A Minute single
*"Could It Be Magic" - Radio Rapino Mix on the album, original on 2006 UK re-release

Take That? WTF? Take That=blandom. Pet Shop Boys=Acedom. Please don't associate them ever again. You need to broaden your musical horizons by the way. Boybands? How old are you?

Didn't PSB initially meet Take That because they were managed by Tom Watkins, PSB's former manager?

Haha that's funny. It's struck me that Neil Tennant and Chris Lowe are in their 50s now and still calls themselves "Boys".

Still think that PSB have connections with Take That and its members with Progress Live alone. Not to mention Robbie's involvement in Concrete, PSB's involvement in Rudebox, and Neil Tennant's involvement in No Regrets. In the same way Neil Hannon of The Divine Comedy is connected with Robbie Williams, what with supporting Robbie on tour in the late 90s, and also like Neil Tennant on No Regrets.

If I was so stuck up, I'd believe that both The Divine Comedy and Pet Shop Boys were far better than that to be "a support act" *shudder* to the likes of Robbie and Take That and should be very ashamed.
I'm a proud sycophant because I like Wedding in Berlin
