Down here in Aus there have been new revelations on how badly the Catholic Church has covered up paedophilia. And there is to be a long running royal commission, like in Ireland to investigate.
It is important to remember that many institutions, church, secular and government have had this problem. So the investigation will be into all/any of these.
I do suggest being careful about accusations. If wrong, it can hurt the person, the poster and our forum if the person threatens legal action.

Patrick, are you going to start a new thread about things like this with every tidbit thal comes out in this paedo BBC scandal?
I'll admit: I'm annoyed absolutely no one here read or commented on Andrew O'Hagan's "Light Entertainment" on the BBC's longstanding culture of sexual secrecy, that was part of being gay in the old days, but also some seriously awful pervs like Savile.
This article has been widely discussed elsewhere on the Internet, I guess it's too much to wonder why we don't here. Which, fine.
Just saying, starting a new post about every new dribble of information about this scandal while not responding , zero conversation..ah f*** it, I don't care.
