Heaven 17 fans?

Not a big fan though I did notice just this morning that I do have 6 albums and 3 singles of theirs so I must think they're alright.

Who are they? Never heard about this band.

Well, they were initially a spin-off containing two thirds of the original members of The Human League, they released three great albums in the early eighties, including anthemic singles such as Temptation and Let Me Go. They continued releasing intermittent (mostly lousy) albums with occasional revivals, and eventually built up a decent sized cult following.

The third member, Glenn Gregory, is (in my opinion) one of the best male vocalists out there. All in all... it's worth having their Best Of, even if you don't delve any deeper than that. Most of their albums have at least something worth hearing on them, and a couple of them are pretty good. And they're also amazing live.
