I dont know how similar they are but i recomend Ladytron. Well crafted electronic pop music with good feamle vocals.

Check out this Swedish duo - Kite:
They have released five EPs since 2008, all of which are on Spotify. I recommend tracks like "Ways to dance", "Cannonballs", "Johnny Boy" and "Castle of sand". Great stuff! I just recently discovered them myself.

Their 2010 album "Beast Rest Forth Mouth" sounded like a dark, psychedelic krautrock tribute to New Order while last year's "I Love You, It's Cool" is a very interesting and refreshing take on synthpop (without exactly being pop music, mind you). They're both absolutely fantastic albums.
Anyway, their single "The reflection of you" sounds very very PSB to me (and going by the comments on youtube, I'm not the only one hearing the similarity).
Beware though, the video might leave you feeling a bit dizzy.
