"I think it’s an amazingly good album, I’ve got to be honest with you. It’s one of the albums I feel most proud of. But for people who don’t really know us, and have a sort of an idea about us, ‘Electric’ is more what the Pet Shop Boys are meant to be."

I've created a video for Sad Robot World. Clips are taken from the end credits of the excellent movie Robot And Frank.

Depends on what you consider fake...it's a fan made edit and rather well done as MUSIC0LOOG is known to do.Drem wrote:Another fake?MUSIC0LOOG wrote:https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7_l5ZNzcZiY

Unfortunately, not my favorite PSB track by a country mile.

Is it official? No.bongsteve wrote:Depends on what you consider fake...it's a fan made edit and rather well done as MUSIC0LOOG is known to do.Drem wrote:Another fake?
Is it fan-made edit? By all evidence.
Does it pretend to be official? Yes.
To sum it up: fake.

Thanks for speaking on behalf of me, Drem.Drem wrote:Is it official? No.bongsteve wrote:Depends on what you consider fake...it's a fan made edit and rather well done as MUSIC0L00G is known to do.Drem wrote:Another fake?

But not really necessary, I can speak for myself.
As long as I'm not a paid remixer, producer, editor or whatever...my versions are unofficial.
'Fake' is not the right term in my honest opinion. My edits do exist and it seems some of you out there are pleased with them.
Oh, by the way, I've never said or pretended my uploads are official versions. It's more or less people at forums like these that like to pretend or think my edits/versions are.
Whetever it's official or unofficial/fake; just let's enjoy the music!

I wasn't "speaking on behalf of you", I was answering to bongsteve quotation of my phrase to clarify my opinion.MUSIC0LOOG wrote:Thanks for speaking on behalf of me, Drem.
That's true, you just have never said it unofficial or fan-made either. Of course you're not intending to trick devoted fans and collectors with all the mimicry that you're using but some unaware person may assume it's 100% official and authentic.MUSIC0LOOG wrote:Oh, by the way, I've never said or pretended my uploads are official versions.
In fact, I have a neutral view about you and your work; personally I don't interested in these "edits" and so-called "radio mixes" and as long as you're making it clear that your uploads aren't some "unreleased" yet official tracks you won't see my (and probably somebody else's) objection here.
Here I'm agree with you. I'm going to put one of my CDs in my home stereo or listen to some authentic FLACs from my digital library in foobar2000. That's the way personally I'm enjoying the music.MUSIC0LOOG wrote:Whetever it's official or unofficial/fake; just let's enjoy the music!
