It's fact that we will remain as part of Europe. So the statement ..'feel strongly about staying in Europe' is inaccurate. It should read: feel strongly about staying in the EU.

Tom is right. It’s entirely possible to be for Europe, but against the EU Death Star. Just as it’s entirely possible to have voted for Brexit but not be a racist/facist/xenophobe etc. To think otherwise is rather simplistic, because the fact is that people don’t fit into neat little boxes.

I suspect Neil’s position is heavily influenced by his personal circumstances e.g. having a place in Berlin, tax affairs etc. which is entirely reasonable. For him.

PSB have always been up front about their political opinions. People are only getting annoyed because they disagree with them on this one.
I think marching against Brexit is a waste of time too, it's happening and that's not going to change. But I respect their right to have their say.
Wish this whole Brexit thing was done and dusted. Sick of hearing about it.

Although I voted to stay I don't think a march is going to help other than draw attention to some of the issues.

A generation and a half of anti - European propaganda from the Murdoch press will take more than a few marches to eradicate.

What I find most scary is how mob rule has trumped the democratic process. Regardless of the vote outcome, the referendum is only advisory...yet here we are.

If you are from the UK, you can always remain in the EU. It will involve relocation but that's the obvious solution.

Not wanting to get into politics too much on this board but the UK Government was not elected on a Brexit mandate so it could have noted the result as advisory. Technically speaking.
