Beautiful laundrette is a nice surprise. I also like the rhythm of Angelic Thug.

Got my dispatch mail too, jay!
The tracks on youtube are nice, good even. I like "Johnny's Dark Side", it has a bit 80s dub in it. And the title track is fantastic (and I love the re-use of the demo version of "I get excited" in the song combined with the "Cloud in a box" riff and "Left to my own devices" effect)

Received my dispatch email on Sat 3am. I'd made my original pre-order on the day it was announced, but then the order got cancelled as my bank registered the much later transaction as potential fraud (as has happened before with Digital Stores). I had to re-order only a few weeks back. So I am glad it isn't too far behind other people's orders.

I’ve had an email from the PSB store saying my order has been dispatched. A day after I received it. Hilarious!
Re: Annually 2020 + Free CD
I've just listened to the whole CD on YouTube, really good. My favourites so far are the title track, followed by Johnny's dark side, then No boundaries.

Re: Annually 2020 + Free CD
Mine arrived yesterday. Some interesting information about various songs' geneses and a number of new titles that may or may not eventuate into finish songs. Monkey business doesn't really derive from Pazzo, Burning the Heather was originally intended for their next album, Hotspot was mostly recorded in 2018 and sat on the shelf with some tinkering for over a year and there's an absurdly long discussion about lawnmowers in the Q and A. As far as Laundrette is concerned, there are really only four new tracks, as two are instrumentals of two others and we've heard No boundaries anyway. I can understand why this isn't available in a wider sense as it's a bit of a curio but it's on YouTube anyway. The track Beautiful laundrette is probably the highlight.

Also, An Open Mind was originally on the album in place of Burning the Heather. They took it off because it wasn’t cohesive with the sound of the rest of it. Plus, there’s an extended mix of it.daveid wrote: Sat 18 Apr 2020, 10:33 am Mine arrived yesterday. So for the further listening some fan-fiction: An Open Mind (Extended Mix) and You Are The One (Dance Version).TallThinMan wrote: Sat 18 Apr 2020, 10:53 am Also, An Open Mind was originally on the album in place of Burning the Heather. Quick question: I mailed a question about if they saw the Bros movie, is that in the Annually book?

They kind of covered the question about Bros in the recording diaries as I believe Neil said he saw it on his own first then got Chris to watch it with him.
