There's no obligation. PSB said on social media that Warner asked for a Discography reissue and instead PSB suggested an updated singles collection.

There's quite a few 3CD Further Listening releases of old PSB albums. It doesn't have remixes and stuff, but I think that's quite big.

Clear your cache and it should be fine now, there was a bug which has been fixed.

It appears Smash will be available as Hi-Res (24-Bit / 44.1 kHz) from qobuz for
