It was a nice touch from Neil to dedicate Being Boring to Derek Jarman and he mentioned their first tour. That was almost 34 years ago and I was just as excited as I was then and each time I’ve seen them since. Chris probably went to the toilet during Being Boring. The sound quality was loud and crisp.

I agree with everything except the sound. I was lucky enough to attend the concert in Berlin last year and the sound there was much more defined and with many more nuances. Here the sound and Neil's voice distorted at many times. Maybe it was the problem that Chris had in Bein Boring because even the concert started late. It was scheduled at 7:30 a.m. and started around 8:30 p.m.

I was at the OVO Arena, last night. My wife said to me at the end

“They really looked like they were enjoying themselves.”

I’d have to agree; it was such a lovely, warm, party atmosphere in there. An absolute blast.

In my opinion, Claire Uchima’s performances on What have I done to deserve this? on this tour are the best that I’ve heard anyone singing Dusty’s part. Top job.

I’m pretty certain that Neil messed up the little speech he does prior to “Streets”. He looked totally flummoxed after the first sentence and then missed a line or two! Unless you’ve seen the show and/or a hardcore Pet Head like us, you wouldn’t have noticed, and I, as a Pet Head quite like it when things like that happen. It reminds you just how live and sleek their shows are.

Also, Chris seemed to be basking in the applause at the very end, remaining in place for longer than usual, seemingly signalling Neil to stay out for a few seconds or so longer than usual! The crowd were well up for it, last night, standing and dancing from Suburbia through to Being Boring.

All in all, a wonderful night.

Great reading these reports and really glad it was a top show!

I saw the Dreamworld show last year at the O2 and also Unity so decided to not go again even though I live not far from Wembley in NW London. Instead, I managed to grab some last minute tickets to see Depeche Mode over in Twickenham ... and enjoyable as that was ... I kept thinking about the lucky fans watching PSB at the same time! I was clearly reminded that no one puts on an all round amazing performance like they do. From last year, I recall the staging for Love comes quickly was standout and 100% agree with straight_talker - that rendition of What have I done to deserve this with Clare is superb!

Were there any cameras filming? I really would like a proper version of the FULL show to be released at some point.

No, there wasn’t. When I first walked in I was hopeful that it was being filmed as i saw two big cameras, but then realised the two big cameras in the centre of the arena were for the big screens..!

I was third row center and what it looked like to me was once Being Boring started he was looking concernedly at his monitor and glancing over at the side of the stage presumably to catch Pete's eye and then ran off with a sort of 'one minute guys' gesture. Neil just kept on singing until I think he realized it wasn't sounding quite right and looked over to Chris's keyboard and was probably wondering where he was. Probably getting flashbacks to Glasto lol.

Chris ran back on about halfway through and continued on playing as normal after that. And yes, he did seem to be loving the applause at the end!

I"m wondering if I'm a jinx or something as a couple of other times I've seen them they've had problems too lol. Fingers crossed nothing goes wrong in Dublin tomorrow!

So - who was at the concert in Paris? I love L'Olympia, it's such a great, iconic venue. And I used to live in Paris for many years before moving to New York, and saw them many times in Paris, including during the Performance tour at Le Zénith. Happy memories!

The concert at the olympia was totally great. Fantastic atmosphere and really beautiful show.

Went with my friend who I've seen the boys with many times,this time our other half's wanted to go who not really fans of the boys so we was a little concerned they wouldn't enjoy it but we had absolutely nothing to worry about both ladies loved it and thought the show from start to finish was one big party ,definitely the best atmosphere for a Pet Shop Boys gig I've been to I've seen them 10 times and would love to see a recording of Being Boring as they definitely took the applause in and stood there for a long time which is very rare for them, we had a fabulous night, Vocal and Left to my own devices being my highlights .
