Online store issues

Sorry if this has been raised before or is a known issue, but Is anyone else having issues with the official store?

When I log into my account on the store, I can only see my last purchase even when I select to see all purchases made within 12 months.

My pre-order for a loneliness + nonetheless bundle has disappeared and it only shows a pre-order of Annually that I ordered on Wednesday when my previous pre-order wasn’t showing up. It doesn’t allow an option to cancel either.

Anyone else have this issue/problem?

Here's an interesting experience in dealing with the online UK store.

I ordered a Relentless bundle on October 26th, having unfortunately missed the ordering window in Australia, which had already sold out by 9am of the morning of release.

The order was well over the delivery time threshold so I contacted the official store, and they cancelled and refunded the order. I gave it a little while longer to see if it would arrive, but early in January when I decided it wouldn't, I ordered again, lest I miss out again.

So I re-ordered the bundle, and that parcel was dispatched and arrived in reasonable time. Good, I was pleased - I got my vinyl, t-shirt and CD. Sweet.

And now today, on March 1st 2024, what arrives on my doorstep? The original order from October 26th 2023, over 4 months after it was originally ordered! Not so good for something that was intended to be a Christmas present from my parents.

The whole thing was a debacle - from the limited supplies to the Australian store, to the parcel that took from October to March to arrive. On the plus side, I have an extra unopened copy of each to re-home, but crikey, what a mess.

Not the OS but similar experience with Warner USA. Ordered some New Order 12" singles including Everythings Gone Green.

Order arrived...no EGG but a lovely vinyl edition of Joy Division Substance I didnt ask for, but kept anyway.

So reordered EGG 12". Waited 2 months and complete no show. Ordered a copy instead from Rough Trade which arrived. Got a refund for my no show EGG 12", then a week or so later what should arrive in the mail?!

So I ended up with an extra copy of EGG 12" AND a copy of JD Substance due to their ineptitude and cheap jacking on postage.

I ordered a few things (forgot what they were) in the early 2000s for around €100.
The things never arrived and I never saw the money again.
So, thanks for nothing
