It's a well-known fact that PSB transform their remixes into the PSB soundscape, Being a big fan of Disco Potential, I found Hooked on Radiation to be sort of cut from that same cloth. All those woozy electroclash sounds, so subversive yet so slick.

Both can be totally different tracks for totally different reasons.

For me personally, these are the tracks I loved on first listen and still love now. Instant fixtures in my playlists and my life.

Did You See Me Coming
First PSB song I properly heard, not just passing by a place that had PSB music on and that wowed me. So much I bought the album like 12 hours after I heard the song. Like holy heck what is this and holy heck how can a song be this good. That song started me being a fan. I saw the music video on late night music TV. Still one of my favourite PSB tracks to this day.

In His Imagination
I instantly resonated with this song when I played the single it was on. Totally fit in with where I was at that time of my life. I really like the song too, to this very day. I especially like the different musical layers and how they all fit so well together.

Memory Of The Future
Another PSB song that just instantly wowed me. The whole, taken me all of my life to find you totally resonated with me as that is so true. Also the if not later then when part as well. Still one of my favourite PSB today and like it just as much still.

After The Event
After hearing Did You See Me Coming and buying the single for it, I heard this track on it. Totally blew me away. Sent chills down my spine, in a good way. Still one of my favourite tracks till this very day.

None of these tracks are on my Instant classics list, which is above yours, but I did my own favourite top 10 post-alternative 'bonus' tracks playlist for my brother a few years ago, and both 'In his Imagination' and 'After The Event' were on it, as I love them both.

What happens from 3:00 to the end of the song on After the Event, turns it from a good PSB 'bonus' track to a great one.

Memory of the Future is also one of my favourites.

Single-Bilingual - The one that started me on my current PSB journey. My favorite snarky lyric and a hilarious video to go with it. (Neil, you CAN act!) It is impossible not to dance when you hear those drums (which always remind me of Hawaii Five-O). We were playing it in the car today and if anyone had pulled up next to us, they've have seen us frugging away wildly. The dog was so confused!

Will-O-The-Wisp - Sneaks up and then blasts you like a tube train pulling into a station at rush hour, then just keeps on pumping till the end of the line. A great story lyric with a gut punch of a punchline. I really hope this gets a live outing. Please play it live, please play it live.

For Your Own Good - My all-time fave (for now). I like to put this one on loop in the dark, and trip out and just listen to the synths shimmer and skitter.

The Resurrectionist - A total banger with a deadly humorous history lesson attached. Another great story lyric - so good it made me read the book!

After All / Nyet / No Time For Tears / The Squadron - I fell in love with the Battleship Potemkin soundtrack while traveling last summer and these are the stand-outs - After All for its sweeping majesty and sinister vocal and sound effects; Nyet because it's a chaotic, stomping banger; Tears, because it's so tender and touching and Squadron because of the way it picks up speed and then just flies.
