"Naked" the latest PSB "Theatre Piece"

#1 Post by psbfannyc »

So I have been listening to all the radio and pod casts promotion in support of "nonetheless". And of course I am intrigued that they have purposely communicated in many of the interviews that they have written a new "theatre piece" called "Naked" about the Hans Christian Andersen folktale "The Emperor's New Clothes". I bet we will find out more in the upcoming "Annually 2024" being released on 10 May 2024. But this is really exciting!

They should include the glorious Sinead track that shares its title with the new theatrical piece!

There was a extended version of "Through you" on the loneliness CD, will the soundtrack to "Naked" have the standard version? The lyric "I see right through you" suggests it could be from the show.
Also isn't there a slower version of "Why am I dancing" in the show?

I'm wondering whether it's a hybrid of a ballet and a musical - intriguing. I'd love something back at Sadler's Wells or maybe they would like to use a small West End theatre...

It's about Keith Starmer and his centrist lapdogs cheering on genocide, Conservative fiscal policy and Declan Rice signing for Arsenal, isn't it, Neil? Isn't it?
