Has anybody been able to identify the NYC Boy?

Usually even video clips will have the names of the actors in a video somewhere.....like on IMDB

But I could not find the name of the actor who plays the NYC boy in the PSB NYC Boy video.
I thought...this guy probably has a nice little acting career and I wanted to see what else he has done...

But there was nothing....I couldn't find any more information.

Also was the dance club a real club?

He sort of reminds me of Christian Slater. He has a face the cameras love....I'm surprised he doesn't have a tv or movie career by now.
