Best album flip side?
Best album flip side?
Someone mentioned this in another discussion.
Too many for a poll, but what's your fav? Anyone prefer the slip-side to an A-side?
Skipped live, theatrical, best-of or albums remixing others. Could probably drop Disco 2, I dunno.
Just aiming for albums where they are in control to plan the order.... I may be hallucinating, but they do still seem to plan the opening track on the flip side (or the closing of the A-side) even on recent albums where flip sides are less of a concern.

Re: Best album flip side?
That's an interesting way of looking at it.
Saved the best till last: Please, Disco, Elysium, Super, Nonetheless.
Actually and Relentless - both sides are equal for me.

Re: Best album flip side?
Without a doubt: Disco... but the flipside of Bilingual is also really good.

Re: Best album flip side?
Hard to beat Disco I'd suggest, but surprised at how much I like the flip side of Elysium.

Re: Best album flip side?
Imagine it’s probably not a widely held opinion (Being Boring being the opener, etc), but the second half of Behaviour is my favourite passage of any PSB album to date. Absolutely flawless.

It's still Behaviour, for mine.

Re: Best album flip side?
Behaviour has an outstanding flip side. Probably my favourite tracks off the whole album, actually. The Actually and Elysium flip sides are probably my preference to the A side as well. Never thought of looking at it this way before as I don't do vinyl, but its certainly an interesting way of doing so!
I'm here. You're there.
