Disco 5 sleeve art

Maybe this has already been covered elsewhere in this forum — if so, I've missed it and I apologize for asking the question again — but has anyone read or heard, or has anyone figure out, the significance (assuming there is some specific significance) of the sleeve art for Disco 5? I've tried to make some meaningful sense of it, but so far it has escaped me. Each set of thin colored lines of varied lengths seems to be keyed to a particular track, so maybe they somehow signify the length and "volume pattern" (?) of each track. But that's just a wild guess on my part.

I see that this subject was briefly touched upon on page 2 of the original Disco 5 topic of discussion, but the discussion was very brief and tentative. Do we know anything more beyond that at this time?

Has this already been addressed here? If not, does anyone have any insights into it?

My best guess is that every bar represents 30 seconds of audio and the length of the bar the total amount of sound energy contained within that minute - hence why the first bar representing Let The Music Play is still so short (long, quiet intro), and why some of the mixes have very short bars at the ends (a fade out, say, isn't much sound energy). If you get the LP, the bars for each track are repeated inside - further apart but the same number as on the front, and each bar is the same. Counting them does suggest 30 seconds each, but I could be wrong about some or all of this!

Thanks! That sounds pretty good to me, at least until (unless) something even better comes along, such as some "official" explanation by PSB and/or Farrow. By the way, the "expanded image" you mention is in the gatefold interior of the CD sleeve as well.
