There was a time PSB created songs with cinematic sounds. Videos worked fine for them.

Monkey Business was fine but I think their last creative video was the one for "Love, etc". "Together" was also fine.

It's amazing that it's still going, this tour. I've been lucky enough to see it four times in four years (5th coming up at Lytham!) and every time it's been a joy to behold. I have rationalized it as my equivalent of going to church at Christmas: As long as they're playing somewhere when I make my annual trip back home to the UK, I'm going to do my darnedest to go see them because one day I... won't be able to... for whatever reasons...

One way of trying to recreate the “good old days” would be to hire an agency to micromanage a flawless strategy alongside the crowd-pleasing greatest hits tour. The aim would be to win back lost fans and impress them — even if it means selling a bit of their soul, just to seem cool and relevant, as if 1990 never ended. They’d have to think of themselves as a boy band: puppets, handing over total control of every aspect.

There's likely no such agency in reality, even if you're rich. Showbiz all about the youth. But we're here for them, nickname and me.

It's hard to accept, but at least in terms of promoting a record, the music video is dead because MTV is dead. The returns don't justify the investment. It's fine to make one as an artistic statement, but they're not going to reach any potential new fans through a music video. We're lucky they bothered at all last year.

Most importantly, the band you supposedly adore doesn't owe you shit. You in particular, considering you're always raving about what should've been done differently and how they should've stayed stuck in the 80s and repeated the same formula ad nauseam. Not to mention a disturbing amount of bad taste on display. A couple of gay-oriented videos by PSB are the least of your concerns considering the things you post.
