They could REALLY do an encore of everyone’s favorites as a mash-up:

Re: Obscure setlist - the Community Consensus
A pretty good setlist. I cannot wait to know what songs the boys choose.Dog wrote: Sun 14 Dec 2025, 9:19 pm I’ve been through everyone’s setlists in the Obscure Setlist thread, worked out the most popular choices and put them into a single setlist. I’ve tried to put each song in roughly the most commonly chosen position.
It’s pretty good!

4. Miserablism
5. Radiophonic

Re: Obscure setlist - the Community Consensus
If you know about David Bowie fans voting for Dame David to play The Laughing Gnome in 1990 and him refusing, the Obscure anticipation slightly reminds me of this episode in musical history!

A man could get arrested I think HAS to be played - it's got a surprisingly loose feel that would work so well live, and it's the sort of first b-side calling card (that and in the night of course and paniniro)
in suits or sequins/or twin sets and pearls

Chris: I would like to go and see a show of ours where we didn't do any of the hits though.
Actually I did a playlist of it the other day - it's really good. Everything I liked that's not a single.
[He subsequently supplies a copy of this playlist.
It reads: "Tonight is forever", "The survivors",
"To face the truth", "Do I have to?",
"To step aside", "The Resurrectionist",
"Fugitive", "Up against it", "Your funny uncle",
"King's Cross", "Only the wind", "It couldn't happen here", "Casanova in Hell",
"The theatre", "Happiness is an option",
"It always comes as a surprise", "Jack the lad",
"To speak is a sin", "My October symphony",
"One and one make five", "The Samurai in autumn", "Love is a catastrophe",
"Later tonight", "Why don't we live together?"
"Forever in love" and "If love were all".
As an encore: "One thing leads to another".
Chris further notes that he imagines such a set
"being performed with full orchestra and band at the Albert Hall or similar".]
i notice there's no chris tracks! And jack the lad was Neil's track on suburbia for his Paninaro
Happiness is an option though! It's so bad!

Missing a Chris track and calling one of Chris' favourite tracks "bad" in the same moment is peak irony.Tom Angel wrote: Wed 25 Feb 2026, 7:02 pm i notice there's no chris tracks! And jack the lad was Neil's track on suburbia for his Paninaro

A blues would be in B flat, pain defining wisdom,
but the soul is in the high hat, programmed in the system.
