Has anyone actually received their copy from FedEx yet?
We’re different from the others.
No one understands us here.
Imagine how free we will be,
If we disappear?

Mine is still in the “label created” stage, which means that the sender has not handed over the package to FedEx yet. So in my case it’s not FedEx that are slow.

The publication date is 7th April I think, so there's time to get them in time!

Plus they did send an email out last week saying that there could be some delays in getting the limited editions out which could mean them not arriving until after the normal version is released.

These books have been sitting with FedEx in the UK for almost a week now. What the hell's going on?

Have they? Mine is still at the publishers. Status: ”label created”.

I have a FedEx tracking number. Have done since last Tuesday. It's been sitting at "we'll have a delivery date" soon since then. I'm assuming that means it's with them? God knows how these things work. I have about five different order links. These things are never straightforward.

It does not mean that it's with FedEx. It only means the publisher has notified FedEx they'll soon have a shipment to pick up. But as your FedEx status page clearly states, they don't have it yet. The View Your Order button in the email you received also leads to a page that says 'we're getting it ready'.

Appreciate the clarification, thank you. You've made it clearer than the many e-mails I've received

I work a lot with FedEx shipments. Creating a label can be done pretty much any time by the shipper. Doesn't mean it has actually shipped. Your books are likely still at the publishers warehouse, waiting for dispatch at a time when they deem appropriate to hand over to FedEx.

Also, every time FedEx scan a package it creates a new "movement" on your tracking.

Now would someone give me a damn job at team PSB to oversee their shipping please!!! It's really not that difficult.
