I just emailed AXS and they told me that tickets will be sent out 1-2 days prior the event date, so tickets for the concert on Monday will be sent out at least tomorrow or Sunday.

I just spoke on their live chat help and they have my order and said tickets for Monday will be emailed out on Sunday 5 April; i.e. the day before. On line chat were helpful and checked everything out for me.
