Very long queue which I genuinely missed and went to walk straight in. Bloke at front threw a big old hissy

I'm in a nearby pub watching the queue move veeeeery slowly. Get a couple of drinks in and wait for the queue to clear seems like the better choice

Jack the Lad and Young Offender t-shirts. Presumably hopefully both of these songs will be played.
T-shirt wise I can't decide which....

Were they strict on ID? I know a couple of friends that have come down to London for Tuesdays gig and they haven't got photo ID.
Re: Obscure Pet Shop Boys - New Live shows
No ID was requested - they were barely interested and just scanned ticket for entry
you could say conventional ... and I could claim intentional

No, I don't have any, it's only asked for if you look underage.redsock wrote: Mon 06 Apr 2026, 11:32 pm Were they strict on ID? I know a couple of friends that have come down to London for Tuesdays gig and they haven't got photo ID.

I don’t want to peek into the spoiler thread, so I guess this is the best place to ask.
Could you share your thoughts on queueing? Was it actually worth standing there for a few hours or pointless in the end? Maybe some of you skipped it and just showed up right before doors (around 6 or even 7 pm)? Were you able to get a good spot?
I’ve never been to Electric Ballroom before, let alone London, so I have no idea how to plan my time. I should be free around 2:30 pm in Camden right after hotel check-in.

I've been around the world for a number of reasons. I've seen it all the change of seasons, and I, my lord, may I say nothing?

I guess if you want to be close to the front then queue but there's no need. I joined the queue around 6.20 - took 20 mins or so to get in and got a good spot around 15-20 people deep from the front. Without much zoom this was my view.drunk14 wrote: Tue 07 Apr 2026, 5:47 am I don’t want to peek into the spoiler thread, so I guess this is the best place to ask.
