May 30th, is the update that I received.

I'm still waiting "official" word from the publisher. But various online sources are definitely sending mixed signals. To be honest, a May publication date wouldn't surprise me given the delays we experienced during the editing process (not my fault – I met all of *my* deadlines). An October date, however, seems extreme and (I certainly hope) unlikely. I'll let you all know more as soon as I know more myself.

Yes, I'm getting that now as well from US Amazon. Since previous US releases (including Volume 1) by my publisher of books initially published in the UK came one or two months after the UK publication, that suggests UK publication at the end of April or May. That's certainly much more promising than October.

Thank you so much! I'm just sorry it has taken so many people so long to receive Volume 1 – and for all of the delays now with Volume 2 as well. I can't tell you all how frustrating that has been for me, and though it's out of my hands, I do apologize!

I finally have the first volume. Amazon came through.

I was expecting the website content in book format. That alone would have been great. However what we did get is so much more. How the book is formatted, all the extra information and your own insights, make this book amazing and a must have.

I feel your two books and Volume are the definitive collection / history of the PSB. Visually (Volume) and lyrically (Song by Song).

Seriously for anyone interested in PSB lyrics, it’s a must buy.

Thank you Wayne for getting this published. It’s certainly in my top few favourite PSB possessions.

As an aside, all we are missing is a book about how the PSB came up with the music for their songs. I would personally love reading a deep dive into how their electronic sound developed on each song.

2nd volume arrived today in the UK!

I’d ordered directly from the publisher Pen & Sword books.

Looks great but now need to decide whether to start this or finish Volume! Too much Pet Shop Boys!!
