Who of you from the US plan to cancel your order with the USStore and order from the UKStore?
I'm giving them til Tuesday (sounds like a good name for a band!) to notify me of the dispatch date. Then let's all send them a stern email. VOICES CARRY! (see what I did there?)

Received my tracking number confirmation this morning, but curiously it only lists the T-shirt from the bundle in the shipment. It's supposed to arrive tomorrow, Sat the 25th, so hopefully Annually 2026 is also with the shirt. I'll update this with what actually arrives when I get the shipment

Just received a backup copy in California from the UK. Took less than a week. Will try and cx my US store order as no dispatch notification.

Hush hush, settle down now…

I’m not giving up hope yet if people are starting to get tracking numbers.

The point is moot. They do not allow cancelations. Anyway, I am unable to log in, which might make a return impossible.
As per their FAQ:

Am I able to cancel my order or edit my shipping address?

An order begins processing as soon as it is submitted. Once an order begins processing, we cannot cancel the order, add or remove items, or update the shipping address.
At this time, we are unable to process cancellations, item changes, or shipping address updates — including on pre-orders. Pre-orders are submitted to our warehouse and shipping partners in advance so they can be prepared for release-day delivery, (DIDN'T HAPPEN!) which prevents us from making changes once processing has begun.

If you no longer wish to keep your order once it arrives, you may return it by following our returns process.

That… sounds vaguely illegal but, in these trying times, why am I not surprised?

I can understand not wanting to cancel preorders if the item requires a minimum amount of orders to go into production (say, if they’re reprinting it within the US) or if they’re waiting for books to clear customs) but if they ultimately can’t fulfill my order, you bloody bet I’ll want my money back. Luckily I paid with PayPal. And either way, some communication WOULD BE NICE.

A tersely worded follow-up has been added to my original ticket. Temper Level upgraded to “Rather Annoyed”.

I haven't received my copy here in the States yet, nor have I received a shipping notice. (A friend in Canada, however, did receive a shipping notice a week or so ago and his copy of Annually arrived today.) I can take some small comfort to hear that so many of my fellow US fans are in the same worrisome boat. At least I know it's not an anomaly unique to me. And misery does love company, you know. ;-) Let's hope we all get our copies soon!

The reply I received from USStore today after requesting a status update on 18 April :

I am very sorry that your order still has not shipped.

I will put in a request to prioritize the shipment of your order.

You will receive a confirmation email when your order does ship.

I apologize again for the delay and thank you for your continued patience.

Well, I did receive the shipment and it was just the T-shirt...
Now I have to contact the US Store again, as I already did so on the 5th of April to ask about not being able to log into the US site to check order status and it took them 15 days to respond to that inquiry and then another 4 more to confirm my package had shipped. So hopefully this new inquiry about the Annually book won't take as long and it's soon to make it's way to me as well.

The same thing happened to me - I only received the T-shirt.
I think we've all learned our lesson about using the US store at this point. :grumble:

It's clearly the end of the special delivery relationship.

UK Store. Annually and a T-shirt ordered a week last Friday. Hadn’t shipped as of yesterday, so messaged them to see if any movement and got a standard message about ‘delays’ - with no suggestion of when the items might actually get shipped. Giving them until after the bank holiday (Monday) and then getting PayPal involved for a refund. Such a mess.

In complete contrast, I remembered on the afternoon of the 15th that I hadn't put in a pre-order. UK store. Order confirmation 16:02 on the 15th, shipping confirmation 11:25 on the 16th, package arrived (having opted for the cheaper delivery charge) morning of the 18th. Perfect service.
