I thought someone was going to answer bluntly to the thread title "Have an orgy". I'm glad we're all so enlightened!

I like to fantasize about the idea (though there's a 99.9% chance it won't happen) that at every point in their career they recorded a song they thought was amazing, and kept it unreleased with the idea of one day releasing them all on a final album with all those "new" songs recorded over the years, in different eras, and produced by all the great and best producers they've worked with. It would be an eclectic and wonderful album like Alternative or Format, but with all songs we've never heard before. A journey through all the sounds of their career, but with unreleased tracks.
Even leaving the instructions to be released at that moment that we all wish would never happen, as a final example of his journey and legacy. Yes, I know, it won't happen, but let me keep dreaming!

Greetings,
Personally, I'd like more of these:
- A new album, with associated singles and everything else that comes with the campaign
- A Man From The Future project being completed
- Completion of the Further Listening series with no albums missing out
And less time spent on these:
- Taking Dreamworld to cities they've already taken it to
- Naked
But of course:
- They can do what they like, and I thank them for their persistence
Retro.

Holy shit. I imagined exactly the same thing. I’m not sure if I actually read somewhere that they were saving songs for a posthumous album or if I just dreamt it. But that’s where the idea comes from. I can’t imagine a more magnificent send-off.Oznerol wrote: Wed 08 Jul 2026, 9:31 pm I like to fantasize about the idea (though there's a 99.9% chance it won't happen) that at every point in their career they recorded a song they thought was amazing, and kept it unreleased with the idea of one day releasing them all on a final album with all those "new" songs recorded over the years, in different eras, and produced by all the great and best producers they've worked with. A world tour with “Obscure“ shows
I know it's very complicated but...
