After more than a decade, hopes for an official release seemed faint. In September 2025, however, during a Q&A session at a British Film Institute centenary screening of Battleship Potemkin with the Tennant-Lowe score, Neil confirmed that he and Chris were at long last working on a new studio recording of A Man from the Future with the Manchester Camarata. Juliet Stevenson will once again be providing the narration.

My guess is unlikely. I would think there was more of a possibility of a single release from the upcoming Naked production. They showcased I Dream Of A Better Tomorrow (sounds commercial) at the Obscure shows from it, but we shall see...

I think it will be in the same vein as Battleship Potemkin or the ballet; a Tennant/Lowe release with no singles.

Surely it's that. I enjoyed the concert but would much prefer an instrumental version.

As much as I like everything PSB including the musical and ballet, these 4 Hynde songs were awful, she really raped them IMO. The rest of the MFTF performance was great, looking forward to an official release.

Yes, much though I adore Chrissie Hynde it was a painful listen.
