Well, unnecessary, to say the least. Not funny, not tragic, not heartbreaking, not inspiring etc...
I've been around the world for a number of reasons. I've seen it all the change of seasons, and I, my lord, may I say nothing?

My guess is he doesn't wear the same pair twice, but I suspect that's rather missing the point, I suppose...
There is beauty in ugliness and ugliness in beauty.

I like the production and the melody, but lyrics are apallingly unsubtle. Bullet for Narcissus dealt a similar theme with a broader appeal, not showing it all on your face. With that you could somehow relate even if you knew (or sensed) what it was really about. This... is not.

I don't know what the status of songs like this is. There's no mention of it on their official website. It doesn't appear to be a demo.

The word "shit" in a PSB song, that makes a first.
I'm not really sure what to make of it. I mean I don't feel like dancing, I don't feel like telling people to go listen to this song. I don't feel like hearing remix versions of this.
But judging by the release of this, maybe it's meant to be a throwaway and they're keeping worthy melodies and valuable songs for a different release.
Reading about how Alexei Navalny was poisoned through the seams of his underpants, honestly this is just a bit dark and unpleasant of a topic.
I like Shopping, that lyrical matter. Neil & Chris singing "we're s-h-o-p-p-i-n-g, we're shopping!" in real life as a playful thing amongst each other before turning it into a pop song.
Or another song I'm fond of at the moment is the Tuff City Kids remix of Undertow. Which is obviously about finding someone attractive and feeling enthusiastic.
I don't really want to hear about death, and feces, poison.
Just isn't what I'm feeling at the moment. It's bright sunny spring weather here in Australia and I've seen so much political unrest online that I'm a bit over the negative stuff to be honest.
I wonder if all of the WIP songs for the upcoming album are angry and bitter.
Just isn't my vibe at the moment. I like Pet Shop Boys and how they have light-hearted songs and touch on themes of escapism but this track almost seems intentionally bad. Reuses a lot of motifs of recent b-sides.
I don't think I'll revisit this one.
