Congratulations indeed to Palace. 21st in Div 1 at one point before Dowie's magic propelled them into the play-offs. There must be Hammers fans cursing Brian Deane's last-gasp equaliser at Wigan on the last day of the season that put Palace into the play-offs... And as a Southend fan, technically I hate West Ham (though there's no real animosity personally), so I was quite pleased at the result! 
Sure, Palace may be back in Division 1 this time next year but that's no disgrace in the current climate. So, Amanda, milk the Premiership for all it's worth.
