Help with recordstore.co.uk & "Jack & Jill Part

I pre-ordered last week the cd single of "Jack & Jill Party" at the official PSB store (well, finally recordstore.co.uk). The status of my order is "processed". Does it mean it has been dispatched or not? I had never bought in this shop before, I don't know how it works and I'm afraid I won't be receiving the item I ordered.

Does any one know if "processed" in recordstore.co.uk means it has been dispatched? Thank you.

Well. I'm still waiting for this second e-mail, then. It's weird because I preordered it one week ago and they charged the order on my credit card. I guess they send the non-UK orders later...

When you place your order, you get an email that looks like this..

In some instances, when paying with credit or debit card, we will
charge you as soon as your order is placed. This will happen if:

- You are using a UK SWITCH, SOLO OR MAESTRO debit card.
- You have ordered any digital download products.

If you have ordered PHYSICAL products (i.e. no digital downloads) and
are paying with a CREDIT CARD, we will only charge you once your order
is ready to be sent
