"On topic" or "Off topic"

Why did the post telling us that "Absolutely Fabulous" was used during the Big Brother 2004 final get moved to off-topic, when the post regarding "Opportunities" being used on a different programme gets to stay in the general discussion form?

Moved the big brother one back. I'm not sure who moved it but perhaps they only looked at the topic title not the content. I have to admit I skim read the big brother toppics at best....

ok, I wasn't really that bothered, but it is interesting what some people class as PSB related and some people class as unrelated!
