A little bit past the 3 min mark: Stationery.
I guess you could play around with the word: Stationary (reference to waves and amplitudes) or stationary front (weather which isn't moving)

I'd picked up on that too & wondered about it. But on listening to the interview again, he'd been saying that x2 didn't have any stationery as yet! Then he says that's the new album's title. I think Neil was just toying with us, or wanting to see how observant we were!!! Who knows? Time will tell. Or a stationary album, nowhere near ready!!

They often joke about possible album titles..."Stationary" sounds good but as the exact opposite of "Electric" it suggests a mid-tempo album, and it's a little too self-deprecating for commercial needs, like when they wanted to follow "Yes" with "No, Pet Shop Boys"
"Station" or "Stations" would be great though.

In the interview he says "we don't have any stationery" referring to something to write letters on, for their x2 company. He then says "note to self, we need stationery" followed by "that could be the next album title - stationery"
Yes, there's stationery & stationary, but imo he was talking about envelopes & letterhead etc!!!
