It's comical that the pitch was cutting up like that after what, 6 months? Not only that, it's hardly played on every week, is it! Anyway, what do England need a bowling green for anyway? Give the ball to our defence and centre mids and they will just launce it to Crouch to flick it on to no fcuker.

Wasnt there an American Football game on the night before?

The NFL game was about 3 weeks ago. Plenty of time, in my opinion, to repair the pitch.

3 WEEKS AGO? f*** me. Time flies!

Thats a disgrace then. They had 21 days to get that pitch into a decent condition. Most of the markings were still visible.

BUT, it was the same pitch Croatia played on.

As for the next manager, I personally would like to see O'Neill go and get it, but I cant see it. Next would be Jose. If She-Ra gets it, then I shall burn my England tops.

It was on our news today that O'Neill isn't interested. Didn't catch the item in full, but I think he's p*ssed off about being snubbed last time.

Shame, I can't think of anyone else that might be able to fix the shambles that is English international football at the moment.

Only problem with that would be the Fat Frank, who should be one of the first to be dropped, will play every game, take every throw, every corner, every free kick and probably be captain.

I forgot to add 'then round for Sunday dinner at Uncle Harry's' so he'd still be fat ;)

wonder if the same story wouldve run had england qualified? surely still newsworthy. Any manager would be mad to take the england job.
