I'm not really in to her music but I can appreciate that she's a proper pop star. I don't think that pop stars necessarily have to write their own songs but the charts these days are full of dullards bellowing out insipid ballads (the Beyonce school), remedial cretins with their witless tales of urban life (the N-Dubz 'excluded from' school), and prolefeed (the Cowell school).
There's only really Lady GaGa and Blue Swan flying the flag for pop art these days.

BlueSwan is a very kind and talented member of our Community. He's wonderfully creative, shares his music here, and keeps developing by leaps and bounds. A lovely guy, and inspirational.
