I have no doubt we can wait for the return of the gothic sounds of Actually. Some music instruments of that era were used for this album and then it was recorded in Church Studios, funnily enough. A looking back like they say.TallThinMan wrote: Fri 07 Jul 2023, 6:17 pm "The new record is very tuneful, less super-electronic sounding. Strings will be returning. It’s more autobiographical, looking back.”
New Year apparently.scousepsbfan wrote: Thu 06 Jul 2023, 9:51 pm Don't forget 'Nude' the Emperor's New Clothes musical they have written which may get finished/released before the new album. Plus, news today that Dreamworld is being filmed so expect a Blu-Ray before Christmas I reckon.
Waiting lines at the vinyl pressings.Nina wrote: Sat 08 Jul 2023, 4:20 pm So it begs the question, what on earth do they have four whole months off for, and why can't they just bloody drop an album without a major PR campaign and such boringly long lead times? The difference is sales of 5000 versus 4,500

Yes and in 1987 Neil was 33. He's 69 tomorrow so maybe they just want some time off after touring before starting a new album campaignNina wrote: Sat 08 Jul 2023, 10:28 pmFor people to realise it's not 1987.Nickname wrote: Sat 08 Jul 2023, 7:18 pmWhat's wrong with that?, it makes it more exciting.
