BTW, Does anybody know how valuable/rare an 'It's Called a Heart' CD single is? I just found it today in the record store, and it said something like 'Special Edition' in the cover.(I'm very sad because the store is closing :( now I'll never be able to buy my albums in CD again...).

Depends what country you're in... some of their original CD singles are pretty unusual - for instance I think I've got the 3" CD of Personal Jesus and a couple of random promos to dispose of one of these days.

But most of their CDs are later reissues or box set versions, so should be reasonably common.

Hope the sound on the next tour isn't too rocky as the last few tours. Too many guitars.

OH MY GOD. Their new single is probably their best song since Precious. Soothe My Soul easily beats anything from SOTU. The two other new songs they played at Letterman sound just as good. Delta Machine is definetely a return to form.

I agree, DM are officially offering a free stream of the entire album on itunes. Already heard it and I love it!

Listened to the iTunes stream yesterday and I must say this is the best album they've released in A LONG TIME. Heaven is actually the weakest track on the thing and seems somewhat out of place. Even though this record is 13 tracks long time just seemed to float by while listening to it. Long time fans will love this release!

Something else I'll mention is that comparisons to previous DM albums don't really apply to this one, it is it's own beast with it's own sound. It feels like DM have FINALLY found their own sound without Alan Wilder.

It's unlistenable for me. I just can't appreciate this glum rock sound or whatever it is. I wish them luck with it but not my cup of tea anymore.

They've got an aggressive ad campaign going on though. There are t.v commercials on Sky Sports and ITV. Good to see.

Unlistenable for me too, is this really a return to form as some are suggesting? Has got nothing on Playing the Angel, which will probably the last great DM album for me anyway.
