How many of you would you like...
to see PSB and EMI talking again, trying to look for any possibility of making "TSAGS" as a single?. Maybe a little change in the tilte (the world Sodom) could help to avoid the censure, I don't know.
I think this song is a really beautiful (a classic) and this is the single PSB need. I love Minimal but I believe only PSB fans are going to buy it.

You said Minimal is just a song with a nice ending, didn't you?

I'd take the speculation that this wont be a single due to its title, with a pinch of salt.
It's not a bad title at all.

The thing is, EMI must have done the moral math; is S&G Show such a good single that any problems caused by Pet Shop Boys ongoing association with homosexual sex are outweighed by the potential for cash?
Clearly they aren't.
Does this mean PSB should edit themselves to remove any possible inferences and appear 'straighter' to the record buying public in an attempt to sell records?
Well, what do you think the answer to that question is?

I think that when N&C go on some radio shows next month, they should play the song and talk about the controversy, encouraging the listeners to contact EMI if they think it should be a single.
It is so obviously one of the best songs on this or any other album, that it would be a damn shame for the public not to get a chance to hear it.

Mr Bill Redman, please read this and tell it to PSB. PLEASEboyjohn wrote:I think that when N&C go on some radio shows next month, they should play the song and talk about the controversy, encouraging the listeners to contact EMI if they think it should be a single.
