I finally gave in this afternoon and had my first listen to INTEGRAL.

What a song !

This is the first PSB track to send a 'shiver' through me for a looooong time.

This song just has to be heard by the 'masses' - IT HAS TO BE A SINGLE.

...one fault, like many others have picked up on, it's far too short.

Minimal better ? - I'm now waiting for the album.

They had there chance to return truely with A BANG with INTEGRAL.

Pop Music and the Industry in general really is a 'stupid' game sometimes

I personally still dont get what his problem with ID cards is I really dont.

I swear its really weird to see grown men acting like babies.
this irrational fear of technology has to stop.so much so, now some want to equate information with a nazi concept. the technological cat is out of the bag.your going to obtain some coping skills.

my driver license has a info strip on and if I get pulled over by the police(which is often)they run it thru their system.I dont care.cause I am a grown man who has no fear of authority.

I love Integral too- and Minimal..and Numb and twentieth Century.. but:

I suspect that re: IWStupid being released first: its topical news value.

Getting press for the album, a single critical of Blair and that idiot, starring the "little britain" guys..
It's a way to get some early attention, it has a "hook" for writers to write about..

Integral could have an excellent dark sci-fi video to it (think Dark City) with this functional utilitarian grey city mass of buildings, lifeless faces on people walking by. No colour, no parks, everything in its place - very dark... concrete or steel, and ultimately sterile. Only "action" is the odd police car or authoritarian figure. Allusions to Nazi or Communist statism, and then eventually pan out to cover the whole globe, which instead of being blue, green and white... is now just grey.

Spooky.

It's not a fear of technology; it's a criticism of application and the fundamental civil right to privacy and freedom.

what is inherintly bad about a police officer asking for your information?
I get pulled over all the time for traffic infractions or occasionally,idiocy while at the bars on a friday/saturday night.

they ask to see my drivers lisense, they do what they do and I'm on my way. I dont equate it with an abuse of power.its just the standart opetating procedure since the beggiing of time,ie,we are out having a good time and sometimes.....the police come along and are groove killers.its the usual ying yang of life.
