IS the DVD pal /secam ? wonder if it's region free.... I supposed the other two tracks are only audio tracks right ?

It's PAL. Right: the Video + two audio tracks.

I have a copy too, strange DVD case it is..."Super Jewel Box" it says...I never saw one of this before

They're quite common here in the UK. You get album's with bonus DVD's coming in them cases.

Yeah, Global Communication's 76 14 (re-release), comes in those sexy super cases. Very nice package indeed.
