I just rejoined the fanclub after a 3 years lapse and was surprised to receive About in the intro packet rather than pictures, posters, etc. There was an apology included but, frankly, I'm happy to receive it since I don't already have a copy (and I got pictures last time I joined, anyway). Has anybody else had any substitute items upon joining the PSB Fanclub?

Yes, same thing just happened to me - I was amused to get the apology - I would 10 times rather receive About on CD then just get some pictures. You have to print out the form and mail it off with payment (or CC numbers).
By the way, they were extremely fast. I sent the letter and got a reply in a little over two weeks. I have joined clubs in the US that were slower.
