Numb - Prime time BBC1

#1 Post by Suburban_Boy »

Numb is being played over the final scenes of the BBC1 coverage of England's world cup defeat. Unusually for these montage clips, they're playing the full vocal also.

Just watched it back again on my TiVo. Absolutely inspired choice. I feel like emailing the BBC to congratulate them!

When they showed Rooney kicking the bloke in the bollocks, Neil was singing "about to lose my mind". Genius.

It's never sounded better IMHO.

I think c***-head Ronaldo was the most obvious display of arrogance. Always hated the w@nker and I'm very much looking forward to his reception back on the football grounds of England next season.

About time someone gave him a reason to roll around the floor in agony.

Did England at any point in FIVE games show anything to justify the usual expectations?

Scotland the place exists very nicely thank you very much. The Scotland Football Team? That's another story..

Rooney & Ronaldo are a disgrace! I just hope I don't ever go anywhere near them because they'd need the tightest security!
