There's a 12" for sale locally of Paninaro
1986 Italian pressing
Side 1: Paniniro (Italian mix)
Side 2: Paniniro (Ian Levine mix)
The cover has a shop sticker on it, plus surface tears and creases front and back of cover.
The starting bid is NZ $60 (about 20 pounds)
Good value or not?

I'd say go for it. They seem to be quite rare these days. I remember years back these were being sold for up to £100 in the pre e-bay days !!
I quite like the Ian Levine mix.
