I was very surprised and sad to know about it on internet, but what was the cause of her sudden death??

She is the blond sexy woman who appears on Discovery tour helping Neil on his dressing and make-up (also on Somewhere DVD), am I right?

I think her death was briefly mentioned in the last Literally. I was surprised that there wasn't a proper tribute though, given that she worked with the Pets for quite some time.
