repetitive terminology/phrases in psb lyrics etc

#1 Post by bobblekat »

I have noticed that the phrase "where angels fear to tread" appears in both Discoteca and Sodom and Gomorrah Show. But I was just watching It couldn't happen here and the phrase appears in there as well. (car buying scene).

What other phrases have you noticed that keep cropping up?
I went fishing with Salvador Dali; he used a dotted line.

This is a recurrent theme rather than a recurrent phrase: serial shaggers! Don Juan, Casanova, Jack The Lad - I rest my case. Neil will be writing a lyric about Russell Brand at this rate. :P

I’m sure Neil got something w/ married guys:

IN PRIVATE
What you gonna say
When you run back to your wife
I guess it's just the story of her life
What you gonna say

TRY IT (I’M IN LOVE W/ A MARRIED MAN)
I think of you each day
I think of you at night
Do you think about me, darling,
when you make love to your wife?
