Today, the 200.000 posts mark was reached! Congratulations to the best and most active Pet Shop Boys forum. Thanks to those who make it possible. :up:

I don't know, but it must have been around midnight (CET). When I opened this topic, the post counter was at 200011, I believe.

BTW: The actual number of posts on this forum is much higher. In the early days, some posts were deleted because of an error. Perhaps The Gardner can estimate how many posts were deleted, but I think it might very well be 50.000 or so.

So there is no purpose to this thread then if you are saying that we actually passed this 200000 post mark earlier than the other night.

I think it's some kind of a milestone anyway. The actual number of deleted posts is unknown, so the current post counter is the only evidence.

Each post has an individual number. I figure more than 50,000 must have been deleted because the first post in this thread was 296972.

A 200.000th post with a Dutch accent :D The actual counter is now at 297.000 something, so number 300.000 is due soon.

once I figured out a way to track it, not long.
If you place your mouse-pointer over the quote-button of a post, you'll see a number at the end, that's the post-number. So I just copied a random quote-link and altered the number. :)
