And do I only get it from HMV? At their site I couldn't find anything limited.

There's a very limited version, which includes the bonus track "Telegraph Boy". Unfortunately, this is being sold exclusively by Durst Records, located in the US. Even worse, if you try to contact them, you might expose yourself to all kinds of verbal abuse, unless you catch them on a good day.

If you pre-ordered it before the release date you got a free slip case I looked yesterday at HMV site and it just showed the normal release with out the slip case ..

If you pay over 15 euro, then insert the CD in your CD ROM drive and connect to the internet, you can hear Neil and Chris laughing heartily.

You can hear them laughing on the PopArt DVD quite a few times. Maybe they should make a 'laughed' version of every CD and DVD.
