What was the inspiration for your nickname?

I see so many different nicknames here and I wonder... Why did you choose this particular one? What's the story? Or is it just a random name because everything else was already taken?

I chose mine - Postscript - because I love the track, and I love the fact that it's a 'hidden' track. It's a bit like me: I'm a 'hidden' person, no-one knows who I really am..

(Now, don't go thinking I'm Neil or Chris.. I'm not. lol)

Transforce is the name of the Transformers convention that I used to run in England from 99-2004.

As for me.. Vince.. no no not Erasure.. never heard of Erasure until i joined this forum..
started off as Vincent (a Final Fantasy character which my friend told me about).. them we got a new head of my department at college called.. you guessed it.. Vincent.. so i shortened mine to Vince

Now the funny part is i use Vince as my online nick.. but somehow people from my college found out my nick.. and that somehow trailed me to work.. i am currently known as Vince, Vins, Vincey, Vinci and Vinchu.

Not a fan.. but I think some of the creatures are cute and... it took me weeks to finally find a fitting profile photo, so I'm leaving it like that. lol

It`s just my real first name. My former nickname here, "mariuka" is a Romanian diminutive for Maria, actually when I was a child owned a doll named Mariuca so this is where my inspiration came from. Finally I got bored of this nickname also, just like of every Internet alias I`ve ever had. So now I`ll only use here the name that was given to me by my parents.
