I'm a user (and former moderator) on a big Dutch news forum. On that forum, there's a feedback topic where users can post questions regarding moderation, or bring posts or topics under the attention of moderators.
It might be handy for the moderators on this forum to have such a feedback topic too. Users could point out double topics, or incorrect topic titles, and so on. For instance the topic about "Did you see me coming", being the 2nd single from Yes, released May 25th. The topic title is not accurate anymore, since the provisional release date is June 1st.

Re: Feedback topic
Hi Steffen,
It's indeed similar. The Dutch forum which I mentioned, has such buttons too. But the idea of a feedback topic is also to have transparency. So if a topic title is changed, users can see why.
I'll test out the ! -button, though.

Yes, please use the report function if you feel a post/thread needs to come to our attention. It certainly helps.
