Best Ke$ha Single

#1 Post by York Minster »

Take it off, everybody take it off. Everybody go hardcore, there is glitter on the floor.

This is hyper-reality at it's finest people.
And tryin' to figure out what happened to 'Germaine Propaine'
"He couldn't have fell off that hard" Ain't no way
"What happened to the way you was rappin' when you was scandalous
That Canibus turned into a television evangelist"
Plus he raps with his regular voice [BOOSH! BOOSH!]
[BOOSH! BOOSH!] (What was that?) Pet Shop Boys

And when classical singers sing Porgy and Bess it can be annoying, but there are brilliant songs there anyway. These songs are what whateverman42 would not hesitate to call crap. They are one track songs (although you get social commentary on tracks like Blah Blah Blah) in terms of VIP/sexual culture. But in terms of spawning a sound that matches and goes beyond that paradigm, these songs succeed as much as anything in pop. Whether you can stand to listen to these tracks of not, they succeed at what they aim to do.

I couldn't tell if her voice is irritating. All of the songs from her that I've heard are so heavily processed with auto-tune that I couldn't even guess at what she really sounds like.

These FirthofForth polls make Geowayne's polls look like Sophie's Choice.

Does she really deserve a poll when she's only had three singles out? What next? Best Justin Beeber single?

This is getting a bit mad now. No more polls for a while, please ...

She looks like a chavvy appropriation of Shakira.

I think she's got a good and very distinctive pop voice. The songs, however, are a bit mehh. Tik Tok is quite good though, so I chose that.
