Doesn't this suggest that the rich 'top' bracket supports the lower segments and without their income in taxes we would all be screwed?

Why is it that there is such a lack of criticism for people like David Beckham who invested in tax avoidance schemes? For somebody that is a supposed national hero this is an absolute disgrace and should be treated as such. And every single one of the 33,000 thousand people should be named and shamed. End of.
