Yes, she will... well with movie critic James King.

Nice review from James King. He called out PSB are having a “moment” in cinemas right now, with their songs in All Of Us Strangers and Saltburn.

He described the concert as beautifully staged “like an art installation”… big singalong tracks… big beats… big emotions.
Woof.

No Oscar nods for either movie, so wont get any exposure there unfortunately.

All Of Us Strangers has only been released so not in contention for Oscars this year … I think

Edit: “All of Us Strangers is considered one of the biggest snubs at the 2024 Oscars by Metacritic. The Andrew Haigh movie, which has a Metacritic score of 89, was added to their list of the Best Movies of the 21st century with zero Oscar nominations.”
you could say conventional ... and I could claim intentional

Anyone got the gist of this? I can really do without the “Jo Wiley talking” bit…
"...Purchase or hire thirty-eight ripe Spongs. Wheel them home, and shoot them. Then simply bake them, and eat them once. The end."

Oh thank God, it's not just me!

Whenever she would come on I'd exclaim "Oh shut up, Jo Whiley!"

Fortunately Canada doesn't give a monkeys about her opinion and is all the better for it.

I’m sure she’s a lovely lady but that over-earnest, gushing beige vapidity makes my teeth itch….
