Hmmm interesting that some of the new items don’t appear to be available in the North American-specific merch page (such as the mugs and new tour program).

The differences between the two Dreamworld Tour Programmes are minimal. Three spreads that are colorized in the original Dreamworld programme are black & white in the 2024 issue (32/33, 34/35, 38). The rear cover is blank.
The completist in me decided to include the 2024 programme in my collection but it was hardly worth it as shipping to the US was £20 (although I received it in 5 days!).
I thought I had read somewhere that the number of pages were increased but I guess they counted the cover.
