Posted this in the 'PSB appearances' thread but just in case anyone misses it, I was listening to Gary Davies' Sounds of the 80s show on BBC Radio 2 this evening and he said there would be an announcement on Vernon Kay's show on Wednesday to tie in with Neil's 70th, for 'Pet Shop Boys fans'.

Wouldn't be the worst idea in the world to have it available at the ROH shows as merch maybe?

I know it's taboo over here but I can see that happening. Vernon mentioned this morning that it was 'major PSB news' which is intriguing. Maybe Neil is announcing a change.

I don't see retirement being announced on the radio. That seems more of a press release topic.
